Dreamtemplate.com Templates?

I have recently bought a packaged from dreamtemplates.com and I have all of these amazing themes to choose from (about 6,000) to be exact. When you download a template from this site it downloads as a .zip file and from there I have no clue what to do. Any advice?

What you have in the zip is the HTML and CSS files as well as images. So you can unzip, click on index.HTML or home.HTML and you have a working website out the box.

Now, the question is how do I get that into concrete. Here you need to go to the concrete5 documentation are learn how to turn HTML page into a concrete5 page. Otherwise, if is still seems too complex, (not because it's difficult but because you have very limited HTML and website knowledge) you are best to engage a web designer who could do this for you for for a fee.
