Editor Bar not showing in a concret-ized theme

Hello, Im just about to move my site on to concrete5. Everything looks just like it should but after following the concret-ize tutorial the editor bar is not showing.. I could only get the "Main content" working.

This is the whole theme folder without the C5 code:

The theme is not in right format. You can follow the below link to create a theme from start:

I've checked your .zip & it doesn't have header & footer elements included.

What you mean by its not in a right format?

I updated the zip with all the code that i used. its not possible to edit at all.

It works if you remove your jQuery.js from your theme. C5 inserts jQuery automatically so you don't have to.
