empty space in my header
Permalink
ok Im moving my post from chit-chat to here form maybe some better help.
I have edited my header php file to put my logo in the theme, I have it lookin decent but there is a empty space below my logo and above the nav bar that is a bit wasted and I'd like to get rid of it. I also made my dad a site with concrete5 and added his logo to the theme header as well his has the same issue and he wants me to get rid of the unused space. I've been playing with the header file for a few days trying to remove it but have had no success. if I try to fill the space with something like a google ad script it just moves the empty space down and does me no good. I am using black accents theme onhttp://www.wbjeep.com and my dads theme is column cruiser athttp://www.jimbonner2010.com/index.php?cID=65... both of us have the problem but he is on me to get it off his site.

i suppose i needed to update this post. i had posted in the chit chat thread and someone suggested i post it here. I found a good answer and now have wbjeep.com the way I like it. and the other I turned over to my dad and i may disagree with alot of it, it belongs to him now and to each is own. thanks for the reply thou

I'm not sure about the wbjeep.com. It's either your menu margin/padding or more likely the <div class="clear"> change it's to margin: 0 and see if that works.
