Featurist - Banner Size Not Changing

Hello,
I'm trying to change the size of the banner on my website and for some reason, nothing is changing. I've changed the size of the .png file and yet the banner size doesn't change. I'm using Featurist and I can't figure out how to change the banner size on our home page. If anyone can help me or if I need to give more information, please help!?!

But my guess is that the theme is using the Concrete5 api to "size" that image to fit in the spot. So even if you make it smaller it still "scales" it up to the specified size. Does it look blurrier once you add a smaller size png?
