Feedback Wanted: 'Flexcrete PRO' Responsive Theme Coming Soon

Due to the popularity of my FREE responsive theme called 'FlexCRETE' that's available in the marketplace, I have decided to make a PRO version of it.
Responsiveness is a quickly growing trend for web design, since the web is becoming increasingly more mobile and viewed on many sizes of screens / devices.
The PRO version of FlexCRETE will essentially be another framework theme with a prettier design, and will have the following features:
- CTA (Call to Action) block
- Responsive Image Slider
- Scrollable content block
- Modal Content block
- Auto-fit of embedded videos using FitVids.JS
- Fit Text block (auto-scales header text to fit within any area!)
- Customizable logo
- Support for auto-fit of background images
- 15 page types!
- Single pages support
I would like feedback as to what you think, and what you'd like to see on this theme. Also, approximately how much would you be willing to pay for a theme like this?

the list is very good and I will happy to pay 30$ for a theme like this even 40$ if you put fontface fonts customization in customize theme section of concrete5
