Font types in Tiny MCE interface

Hello.
One of my end users keep changing the font type in the Tiny MCE interface. She messes up the typography we have agreed on as she pleases. is there any way to disable choosing font family in Tiny MCE interface or to make sure it does not override the font families defined in the css file?

If you select "custom" under System Settings->Rich Text Editor you will see some font related options. Font selection can be tailored or removed completely. Check the TinyMCE Reference for information on how to configure it.

I see I can remove it using "custom" setting. But this setting has very few choices. For example I need the "quote" button to be included. is there any way to edit the "advanced" option and remove the font family there?
