FREE C5 Page Type Icons

Hi All

Please see attached files, I have some page type icons that I used for a client that are designed in the same style as the original C5 icons.

If anyone wants a custom one, let me know!

these should really be added to the core and submitted to gitHub as standard C5 offering.
