Fundamental NOT loading properly on mobile phones

desktop version looks ok, the mobile version loads incorrectly 1/2 of the time. The mobile version will Not fully load the landing page and images, The text that is shown isn't format for mobile view 1/2 the text is cut off. Of course when you look at it though mobile preview it is fine. (Not great but that is just the theme itself).
any ideas on how to ensure it loads properly?

Hey sjropes

Have you tried pulling up Google Chrome Developer tools and looking at the mobile view to see what assets are being loaded?
