Having much trouble trying to install a theme

I am having trouble installing a theme!
It is taking too long.
The last time I tried to install a theme, I also had much difficulty.
At this point, I don't think it is me or my theme that is causing the difficulty.
The process of actually connecting the theme to my domain name is NOT working.
My theme is fully associated with my domain name, in my account in PROJECTS and in LICENSES.
But at the Concrete5 Dashboard, where I install the theme, the theme is not available at all. The only thing I can do is buy the theme again. But I just bought it, and assigned it to this same domain name.
When I click ADD FUNCTIONALITY, I am given a message saying there are no themes ready to be installed.
What can I do? I have already spent a lot of time on this, and I have not even installed the theme yet.

Somehow, I don't know how, I was able to install the theme.
I agree, I cannot seem to install my newly purchased theme. Where can I find instructions?
i'm having the same problem . any advice?

Hi EmeraldOffice,
I had the same when I bought the Bootstrap theme, which hung on the download stage because the download was taking too long. I changed my max_execution_time to 300 (from the default 30) in php.ini (I'm running XAMPP on a local machine), which gave the PHP script enough time to download the theme, which then installed fine.

I have downloaded an installed the theme in '../packages' on my server, it appears on my 'add functionality page' as being installed, but it does not appear on my list of available themes and I cannot figure it out.
I have posted on the theme's support page on C5, but I am getting no replies and I really need this working today. Otherwise I'll need to get a refund on this theme and try another.
Really very annoying. Help?
