I have this static site i have themed to concrete5 based on the simple start up video here. Everything seems to be fine, but when I go to create a new page, it includes the header and nav bars in the main area after selecting one of the required layouts.

I have seperated the header and footers from the main default.php.

How can I resolve this?

The site has just one template and maybe a half dozen pages.

Site is currently sitting on my local machine so can't share the link.

Any info / advice appreciated
