Header image/text question

This may sound super basic, but I'm trying to get the header in the Boldy theme to say something other than concrete5 Site. Am I missing something obvious? Thanks.

Try this-

1. Go to Dashboard>>
2. Scrapbook>>
3. Global Scrapbook>>
4. Edit>>

You should see a wysiwyg where you can edit the name.

And now that scrapbook is not used any more, how can I do Boldy works with stacks?
