Header Photo Changes Size with Different Computers and Zooms

I am using the ZenLike theme, and so far the main problem I am having is the header photo changes sizes depending on what computer or browser you are using. On my mac, the photo falls off the page, but on my HP, the photo is too short for the header bar...

Take a look,http://www.changeforchildren.com
* Try zooming in and out on your browser, and see how all of the pictures on the site change size with the site, EXCEPT for the header photo (it looks like a bunch of photos, but it is really just one).

Can anyone help with this?

First off, your site has really, really terrible html (courtesy of microsoft frontpage, I'm sure, lol). You seem to have your <body> and <html> tags all mixed up with <div> tags which is really bad, and you have more than one set of <body> and <html> tags which is also really bad.

Secondly, I zoomed in and I didn't see any images go missing, but some images went on top of each other, which you might be able to fix by floating your images. That way when they don't fit side by side, they just go to a new line. You could also use percentages or em's on your elements so that they are sized in relation to the text size. I would try using the Emastic framework to fix your sizing issues if you absolutely must be able to view the site in resolutions lower than 1024X760 (I personally don't mess with anything lower, because it isn't worth the time).

Hope that helps!

Edit: Making your HTML standards compliant will probably fix your zoom issue.
