I have been working since quite some days on creating this theme which you can check by visiting this link

I have reached this stage by browsing through the various posts on this forum and also a lot of helpful folks that pointed me in the right direction.

My issue today is that so far the theme is coming perfect, it can be viewed properly in Firefox however there's a slight bug when viewed through Chrome, I am attaching the Screen-shot in both the browsers.

Would appreciate if someone could point me whats going wrong here, sorry I am new at learning css too.
