Help Needed Using NEAT

Hi,
I have set up a web site using concrete5 with the NEAT theme and I am having problems with getting the site logo in the centre at the top of the page. I am using a png file as the logo contains a picture and words. The problem I have is that there only seems to be a 'sitewide Top Nav Left' and a 'sitewide Top Nav Right' as blocks where I can place my png. Is there a way to replace these blocks with just one that is in the centre of the page? I am not sure whether this is a function of concrete5 or NEAT itself.
