Help with Cuzto!

I was trying to make some changes to the header.php file for cuzto, and have apparently clobbered it. Can anyone send me the theme install default header.php file ASAP? I have broken my site!

If you can help, please do! I clobbered the header.php file for the theme, and we just took the site live!
