Help with Theme (broke when moved)

I had a theme working fine on my windows 2003 server. ( was plain yogurt changed a little ), now I moved to bluehost and the theme does not work at all. I reinstalled with the dashboard under different name but same problem. I check for case letters in file names and all looks good. site is dade.coldstoragedev.com.
also main.css is not loading, but in the correct folder
