I can't see anything wrong with your site, I'd assume that it runs on a cheap mass hoster?
hmm i have another web in this hosting and is faster than this one :-/

Did you install some add-ons on that site that aren't installed on the faster one?
yes, only pop ups for my photos but not for all pages
Do you know, are both sites running on the same server? If you aren't sure, can you post the link to the other site as well?

The other site is even slower for me! It's pretty much the slowest I've ever seen..
concrete5 needs some resources but if a site is that slow, it's quite certainly the host too.
If the harddrives are slow, it might be the cache. Have you tried to disable it? Something a site is faster without a cache.
