How can I design/develop my website with concrete5

Can anyone help me and give me a good step by step on how i can develop/design my website?

If you don't have much design/development experience I would strongly suggest that you purchase a theme from the marketplace and use the Customize function from within C5 to change the colors and stuff and get yourself a website you like.
