How to collapse theme elements on a page

Hi,
I am new to concrete5. I am trying to build a nice site using Elemental theme. Not all elements of this theme are use on every page of my site. How do I make these unused elements collapse in order not to have empty areas in the frontend.
PS: I am an experienced TYPO3 programmer and usually build my own templates and themes.

Read up on page templates. You probably want to use different page templates on different pages. Experiment by creating new pages using each of the available templates. Using php, you can also create your own templates based on what's there already.

And don't forget to look at the documentation! :)
