How to deploy html template from local PC to live domain server?

I successfully convert the html template in concrete5 platform on my local windows 7 PC. Now i am stuck how i can deploy this theme into my live server concrete5 platform?

i coped the code at applications/theme/foldername that place and activated in live server but no data appears

how i can deploy this theme database tables only to live server?

or any other standard method of deployment html template from local PC to hosting live server

please respond ASAP

Is there any content in your concrete5 install on the server?
You could move your entire build site install to the server with cpanel access.

yes in the server, basic installation of concrete5 is done and other template working with data

i need one new html template need to deploy on live server from my pc

i am stuck in database deployment
