How to Edit Blog Summary Block in Modulo Theme

I bought the Modulo theme.
1.
The Blog Entry page lacks a Comment Area.
2.
I went to Dashboard>Site Map and then did Add a Page to Blog. I then clicked VISIT on my new Blog Entry page.
When I edit the new Blog Entry page, I do NOT get a Summary Block blog box edit. So, I can't figure out where to go to replace the "sample Latin text" that appears on my main Blog page.(For reference:http://edc-usa.org/index.php/blog/)...
[One workaround: Change the Blog Entry page design/theme to Plain Yougurt; edit as taught in video Concrete5 Basics: Understanding the Concrete5 Blog, Part1; change back to Modulo theme.]

Also, I don't know where to edit the "le" out of the Blog Entry page posted by admin date.
