So if I understand you correctly, you have a theme that has a fixed height, but one of your pages has more content than the fixed height of your theme?

If so, then you would need to edit the theme code. Your themes are stored in the /themes directory of your site. You will need to download the theme and edit the html and css.

Do you have a link to your site that i can see?

Well, it depends slightly on your server setup, but most sites store their html pages in either 'htdocs' or 'public_html' or similar. Inside there will be a bunch of folders, one of them called 'themes'. Inside that will be a folder named after your theme and the files you need are in there. So on my server, it's: httpdocs/themes/mytheme/

You should also make sure you read about editing your themes and understand it first. The docs are here:

Not from the cms front end, no.

If your theme is fixed height, then you need to adjust the code. If you send me a link to your site, I may be able to help you out...
