I can not install the theme I buy

I bought this theme and I could never download it from the page. I'll dashboard, install, select shop, and try to download it. get the following error:
"There Was an error unpacking your file. Perhaps You have not uploaded a valid zip file, or you Do not have zip installed."
in other cases with other themes as downloading theme manually and up to the server to ftp solved.
but in this case can not be.

Which version of Concrete5 are you using?
last version
Which theme?
You upload as package or theme?
Server PHP version?
You upload as package or theme?
Server PHP version?
If you:
- do have zip installed on your server
- haven't had this problem with other add-ons before
- are using a 5.4.x or 5.5.x version of concrete5
Then the issue is likely due to the file size and your PHP version. You should upgrade PHP so that you can install larger add-ons and themes through your dashboard. (You'll likely have to contact your web hosting company.)
