Import a website

Hello,
I am new here and I'm from Switzerland this is why my english is so bad. I've a problem with a website that I made with a friend, I need to use a CMS in my site so i decided to use Contrete5. But I get everytime, I try to import it in C5 errors.
So my question is : How can I import my site in C5? I found some tutoriels but I get always errors.

(You cannot import an old website into Concrete5)
