Installing Theme

I have to redo my site completely since the theme doesn't work for the DNS name it was purchased for. It use to be on a development server and now when we take it live the theme cannot be connected through the project options on my account
I have purchased natural wood and I am starting the site form scratch again. Now I am trying to install the theme for http://www.tripanel.co.nz, and it is linked to a different ip on my projects. Originally I though this would be easy to just install when going live, but it is not. The hole site couldn't function after trying everything on the forums.
So How do I change the them from some of my projects to the http://www.tripanel.co.nz one to. And how do I install it, do I have to download it again, how is this working ?

You can totally change what site your theme is assigned to (licensed for). First you have to release the license from the current project, then assign it to the new one. Here's a handy tutorial on how to do this:http://www.concrete5.org/documentation/how-tos/editors/release-an-a...
