Invalid marketplace item ID. Help Needed

VERY NEW to all this and I keep getting this error (Invalid marketplace item ID) when I try to install two themes I have purchased can someone please tell me what it is I am doing wrong and also what is needed for me to correct it

Heytheme
Problog
