Karma theme

Underneath the menu bar, at the top of the page, in big text, is the name of the corresponding page e.g. Home page has Home on it, Portfolio the same. Its the Karma theme and when I go to customise I can only change the colour and I don't know anything about CSS. Can these bold words be deleted as when I purchased the theme, it did not show it in the demo.
