Licence for theme

Hi everyone ! I'm discovering concrete and i have a question.

If I use, by example, rigid-light theme, do I have to keep the link (Website Design By Vivid) at the bottom of the page.

If you look at the sites that use the theme, about half have removed the link to Vivid. Why don't you just ask them?

Anyone get any answers to this question yet..? Were you able to contact the designer (Vivid) and ask them if you can pull the footer. I am at the same position right now so anything you can provide to me would be great to save time.
