Licencing agreement

Hi,

Subject:

"Customer is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Software Application for a single website and a single staging or development version. Customer may not offer the System for resale without expressed permission from DEVELOPMENT PARTNER. "

My question:

If my customer chooses a theme (either commercial or free) and I download it via my concrete5 account licencing it for his site, is this reselling or transfering a licence?

In my understanding, the only way to assign a license is by being listed on the Project as part of the management team. Therefore you are not transferring it as you've assigned it as a Team Member.

How do you issue a temporary license? I have sold a theme and now the buyer is moving to a new server and wants a temporary lic. I dont see the button for that.
