Live Demo not available for many Themes

Hi everyone
I have noticed this months ago: a lot of themes provided a link to a live demo site. But many of them do not work any more. It seems that this is mostly the case for free themes, because their demo site is a subdomain of "myconcretelab.com"
For example:http://anitya.myconcretelab.com... or supermint.myconcretelab.com but also fruitful.market.isitvivid.com
First, I thought this was only a temporary problem, but it has been months now. Is there any solution to this?

Going forward it might be useful to have a standardized forum for demos. Perhaps some change to the trial simple sites could work:

The marketplace is going through a change, so hopefully obsolete and unsupported themes will be deleted.
