Marketplace connection and associated add-ons

I have a few websites connected to an account in Marketplace. If I sign on to Marketplace and go to My Account -> Projects, I see a list of my site names with URL, Role and version. My account is listed as owner of all the sites.
I have two sites that have the same name, but different URLs. One ishttp://www.sitename.org (version 5.6.0.2) and the other is sitename.org (version 5.4.1).
I click on the second one, sitename.org, and I get two entries:
sitename.org, version 5.4.1, registered to "contributor2", and
http://www.sitename.org, version 5.4.1.1, registered to "contributor2".
Going down the page I see all the add-ons and themes associated with this project.
When I release an add-on from the project, where does it go? I do not see it available to assign anywhere - in fact at the bottom of the page it still says I "have no licenses to associate." My goal is to release all of the add-on licenses from the old 5.4.1 sites registered to "contributor2" and assign them to the 5.6.0.2 site registered to me as owner. Based upon my experience, I am afraid that I will lose all the licenses if I release them. Is the problem that the site with the license assignments is registered to a contributor? How do I get the licenses over to the proper website?

Further information:
"contributor2" had purchased the add-on licenses at a prior time when he was owner.

You will have to contact contributor2 (and also add that user as contributor to your new project) and ask them to add the license.

I don't know if it is possible for contributor2 to transfer the license to you, but if you contact Julia she can give you more information and help you out.

Thanks for the reply, adajad. Yes, "contributor2" is still a contributor on all the sites I own. I think what you are telling me is that "contributor2" is still the "owner" of the licenses. Even though I can release his license from a site, the license is not available to me, as owner, to reassign.
Please help me with who Julia is and how I might contact her for further information about transferring licenses.

Yes, contributor2 is still the owner of the license so you don't have permissions to reassign that license.

If you click on the link in my previous post you will see Julias profile page. Click on the 'Send Message' button.

Julia is Community and Support Manager at concrete5.
