Marketplace Theme submission requirements

I had intended on submitting my Kubrick5 template to the Market place as a free template/theme for people to use play with, but after going through the theme requirements page I then got to the Marketplace submission page and kept running into requirements not being met! Do we have a central requirements area that matches the submission area?

Thanks but this is what I am talking about, THAT page has a list of requirements that DO NOT match what is required on the submit page. I followed that links instructions but when I got to the submit page I didn't have this or that checked properly or something was required that maybe is NOT listed on the page you referred...mis match.
