Maximo Theme - DropDownMenu

I am very familiar with C5 and using it on many sites, but this one theme 'Maximo', I am unable to get this gorgeous "DropDownMenu" working. I have chosen the custom template but still to no avail. I would be very grateful if someone else came across this and got it fixed or knows how to fix it.
