Mobile Theme Activation

Hi, Ive been working on a mobile theme and was thinking about submitting it to the marketplace. Ive read andrews tutorial and understand how it works, but I was wondering if there is any way to accomplish everything it does on installation without the user having to do anything. Thanks in advance!

and how would I format a theme as a package? sorry, i don't know php, only html and css.
