Mobile theme switcher keeps showing default theme

Hi,
last week I designed a mobile theme for my website which was looking fine. This week, the site keeps showing the original 'desktop' theme. I now cannot get the theme switcher to pick my mobile theme (or any other theme for that matter). C5 insists on showing only the original theme,
any ideas what's going wrong?
