Mobile Version

Good morning,
I built my site with Concrete5, but I would like to have a mobile version with blocks and pages other than the desktop version, not a simple responsive version of the desktop website. I've selected the mobile theme I'm interested in in the "pages and themes" section of the dashboard, but I can only change the design of pages (such as colors, fonts ...), but not the content or structure of the site. where am I wrong? did I skip some passage?

To hide blocks: In edit mode click block, click ‘Design & Custom Template’, click ‘wand’ icon and then use ‘Device Visibility’ to hide content.

To hide pages from navigation use css, for example: 
@media (max-width: 800px) {
.navbar   a[href*="/about"] {
        display:none;
     }
.navbar   a[href*=“/page”] {
        display:block;
     }
}
