Neat Theme - Make page in menu with sub pages clickable + callable

Hello
I use the Neat-Theme and I like it, but when I add a sub page to a page, this page is no longer callable - a click is only showing the sub-pages.
May someone can give me a hint how to make the page callable again + showing the subpages?
The element (the page with sub pages in menu) is using the class "dropdown-toggle" from bootstrap.min.css

I have the same issue- I found that as long as there are no sub pages- the tab link works. my way around that for the pages with sub pages is to create a blank page with name I want seen in the tab (navigation) and add a simple page list navigation on that page.
Since we are using the same theme, may I ask a different question? If you have Public Profiles activated so that your users can edit their profiles, do you have an issue where the user can drop a photo in the photo box- but it will not save?? The user profile pages seem to be the C5 default (not Neat Theme) and I do not see a "save" button at the bottom of the profile picture page. Just curious. I would like to match all of the pages to the Theme, not sure why it won't. Thanks
