Need a Good Responsive Theme

Hey guys,

I am looking for a responsive theme with one main stipulation. I need to be able to lock the navigation bar to the top so that when the user is scrolling, it stays at the top.

Does anyone know of a theme like this? Thanks in advance!

I have theme that has fixed side nav for large monitors, that becomes a fixed top nav on smaller monitors/iPad etc.

Foundation5 Theme has a fixed navigation menu (does this on all sizes). Highly recommend this theme, too.
