Need Help!!!!Purchase Theme

I purchased a theme entitled Office Space and upon purchasing and downloading it looks nothing like the advertised site. There are no pictures/buildings and it looks basic, even worse than a free download. I purchased it specifically for the graphics. Please help!!!
