Night City Opacity and Background Changes

Greetings,
I'm not a particularly sophisticated user, but I've built a site and purchased the Night City theme. I was wondering if there is a way to adjust the opacity of the content areas.
I was also wondering if it is possible to change the background image.

How was I not being patient? I'm just trying to figure out where to post, not rushing anyone. Take it easy on a first timer.
Just so everyone know, I did respond to this enquiry quickly once I received the support request. Was an easy tweak. But since I'm in Australia there's a bit of a time difference with the centre of the universe (I mean the US).
I think I'm center!
