Pixel Green theme help?!

Hey guys,
I've just started working on my first web site, and it seems the smallest things are making it difficult!
I'm just trying to remove the words "Pixel Green" from the header, and change that picture of the tree.
Any help would be really appreciated!

You can update the name with a logo by going to the global scrapbook and editing the bock titled " Content: "My_Site_Name" "
It may also be calling from the site name on the Sitewide Settings (not likely), or you may have to look at changing files on the server (upload new logo photo to images and update the header.php file to call the new image).
