Posting to support

Recently purchased the Framework theme for 5.7. Having an issue I wanted to ask the creator so selected the get help link, posted the message, busy cursor came up, but message did not post, waited ten minutes yesterday, thirty today. Is there an issue with posting to support for 5.7, I have only recently installed it.

Okay , after exiting the site and coming back in I see both posts I made to the framework support have posted. so they do post, just unsure when they will.
