Pretty URL problem with Slate

Hi,
I enabled pretty urls yesterday and now it seems all pages are jumping back to the home page.
I've set up pretty urls with concrete 5 and other themes, had some issues with Dreamhost, and was resolved through choosing PHP 5.2 CGI (in stead of default Fast CGI), which seems to work. I did the same for this site, but it does not seem to work.
