Problem with default theme slideshow

I use Plain Yogurt theme as the base of my site. How do I remove "default slideshow"? I know how to remove the block, but every time I make new site (Blog for example) slideshow is still there -____-

login to the dashboard then go to Pages & Themes > Page Types , look out for the page type on which the slide show keeps appearing whenever adding a page and click on the button that says "Default" you can delete the slideshow block from the Page type default so that it shall stop appearing on new pages that you create.

If you use the same 'default' theme it will always be there.
If you need to delete from 'blog' type pages, you to delete it from the default page type.
Dashboard-Pages and themes-Page Types-Blog Entry-Defaults-Pick the block and delete.
Do the same with pages that have the same thing you want to delete.
