Problem with deleted theme

Hi everyone I have a small problem. In safari when a user browses to my website 12345j.co.cc they are given a warning about a theme called corporate_headache not being available, and when it is available styling the page like its the activated theme. It was activated a couple months ago, and when I switched to a new design I didn't have any problems. I then deleted the theme after unactivating it. Now, however, with another new design it comes up for some reason. I have fixed the issue for now, by duplicating my current design with the handle of corporate headache, however Im mystified as to whats causing it. This happens in safaris that ive never touched, and ive cleared both caches, but no luck. The error code is this.
Exception Occurred: File /home/hostname/public_html/concrete/config/../themes/corporate_headache/default.php not found. All themes need default.php and view.php files in them. Consult concrete5 documentation on how to create these files.
