Psd to template help

If i post a psd file, can someone be nice enough to make that into a theme for me?

I am trying to follow the theme tutorial but it just won't work for me :(

Ok, sorry it took me so long (just got married) lol

Anyways...here is the psd file i came up with for the design, i hope someone can create a concrete theme for me. I would greatly appreciate it !

I no longer need this, so if anyone wants to make this into a concrete5 theme and release it, that is fine. If not...oh well :)
