Recover a License from a Deleted Project.

Hi, I had a project and I bought a Theme, then I installed it from the Dashboard, unfourtunately I got an error, I got desperated and deleted all the files from that C5 installation, but forgot to release the theme License. I've installed a new C5 for the same project but...

Now the theme license is stuck, I can't get it back! Any help? Thank you!

Hay yahros,

Have you tried going to the 'my account' section of the this site, then go to the projects page, click on the project that was associated with the theme, and you should be able to release the license from there!

Hey thank Javo and Ajad, the thing is that I dont have the project anymore, somehow it's not anymore in my account, because I've even tried going to transactions>licenses and then choose the project from there but it never opens, I the sign in concrete5 screen where I have to sign in once and again but that's all.
