Searching for a free theme

Hello,

I am searching for a simple design a free theme with a header slider.
but i can't find it anywhere. I have attached a image to explain where i am searching for.

A 2 colom website with a sliding header.
the header needs to slide when the page is refreshed or if we are going to a new page.

Who can say what for theme i can using for this.

There are a bunch of free themes in the Market Place that follow this standard layout with a image box on top followed by menu and then content.
I'm not sure Black Accents is what you're looking for... you might give these a try:
