Seeking a theme to match this mockup

I'm a concrete5 novice. A relative has asked me to help put together a simple web site, and she had a designer (not web designer) friend mock up this look for it (see attached image).

Does anyone know whether there's an existing theme that would be easiest to modify to approximate this look?

Here is a free theme which is pretty similar to your requirement.
