Silence theme doesn't update -- stuck at 1.3.2

Did anyone encounter this problem. See attached screen capture.

When you go into the Installed Packages list what version does it say the package is? It might be that the Theme did (or will) update when the package is installed but the version display on the Themes page does not show it.
